‘I’m truly passionate about creating a style that is flattering, timeless and refined’

I initially started working in luxury fashion retail 17 years ago before graduating in fashion marketing which led to my early career in fashion buying for Harvey Nichols. I worked with a large portfolio of luxury designers, attended catwalk shows at London Fashion Week and gained an insight into one of the most fashion forward luxury department stores in the world.

In 2007 I trained in Handcraft tailoring at London College of Fashion to learn bespoke tailoring (Savile Row method) for men and women. I developed my technical skills by working in the fashion and costume industry on productions for theatre, opera, film and fashion designers showcasing at LFW and Paris Couture Week. Alongside my freelance work I continued to work with individual clients designing and making bespoke tailoring and couture for special occasions.

I’m passionate about giving a personalised service where every client is at the centre of each design, creating an impeccable fit in a refined elegant style.

My inspirations come from the original couturiers where elegance and high style was revered, garments were tailored and every part of the outfit was carefully constructed. One of my passions is couture beading (fine beadwork on high end fashion). Using fine embellishments such as seed beads and bugle beads can completely transform a garment making it truly unique and memorable. I apoted this skill 8 years ago by attending a tambour beading workshop ran by a french designer based in London, I apply it to alot of my bespoke bridalwear and evening dresses.  I’m also inspired by the arts, theatre, textiles and the natural world.
